No pro-rated refund will be given if student discontinues lessons midway after fees are paid.
No fee will be charged for term holidays except for CHINESE NEW YEAR's one week break. Lessons will proceed as usual on other government gazatte public holidays.
Classes of all levels follow a guided syllabus. Make-up lessons, if your child should miss one, can only be replaced within the week and provided there is vacancy available in another class of the same level.
Children are to attend class PUNCTUALLY. Parents are to inform the teacher beforehand if a child is unable to attend. Children are encouraged to bring their own drinking water to class in tumblers with their names clearly labelled. Children should attend each lesson with completed set of course work. Children are encouraged to read regularly.
Parents are advised to pick up their child PUNCTUALLY after class so as to allow the teacher to rest and prepare for the next class. Parents are advised not to loiter around or behave suspiciously in or around the teacher's premises, before or after class.
Children and Parents are expected to arrive and leave quietly so as not to disrupt the peace and privacy of other resident neighbours.
