I left my 12 year job as a Regional Human Resource Director in a MNC (Multi-National Corporate) in 1994. As Teaching & Coaching have always been my forte, I continue to pursue my dream of being a Trainer in Soft Skills and People Development.
Since then, I have never regretted my decision as with each Student achievements gives me , the amount of Job Satisfication is undescripable.
Being a People Developer person, I get satisfaction from my students achieving their GOALs and ASPIRATIONs.
